Against Covid-19
Covid-19 prevention measures
This event will be held in compliance with the event guidelines and venue usage rules issued by the national government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to prevent the spread of infections such as Covid-19. Therefore, we ask for the understanding and cooperation of all guests in observing the following measures.
These countermeasures against Covid-19 infections are subject to change based on government policies and local infection rates.

Before you participate
Guests who fall under the following conditions are not allowed to enter:
- Anyone displaying cold symptoms.
- Those with symptoms such as shortness of breath, letharg y, or sore throat, even if mild.
- Anyone who has been in close contact with an infected family member living or a close acquaintance.
- Anyone who has been in close contact within the past sevendays with travelers returning from countries, regions, etc. That require entry restrictions from the government or quarantine.
At the venue
- All guests are requested to wear a mask during the program except when eating or drinking. However, preschool aged children and younger are exempt.
- All guests will be required to have their temperature taken. Entry may be refused for those with an internal temperature of 37.5℃. or higher.
- Use alcohol disinfectants installed in various places in the venues to fully disinfect hands and fingers.
- Provide name and contact information on the "Contact Information Form" at the waiting areas.
※In order to prevent the spread of infection, we may provide information from the "Contact Information Form" to local public institutions such as medical facilities an d public health centers.
※The information provided on the "Contact Information Form" will not be used for any other purposes.
Covid-19 measures taken to prevent
- Staff will be provided with a health checklist to keep track of their health information for the
two weeks leading up to the event day.
- Staff will wear masks and hand sanitizer.
- Each program will allow for spacing between guests.
- The host and Experience Program Instructors will wear masks and use a microphone to droplet prevention.
- Hand sanitizing is performed each time tea is served or tea and sweets are served.
- Sweets will be provided in their packaging.
- All bowls served to customers are cleaned with detergent.
- Staff will ventilate and clean the area for each time.
- The guests in the stage viewing area will be replaced for each program.
